Our Apologies... New Settings!

Since I found a certain spiffy Group starter tutorial (---> b0r3d13.deviantart.com/art/Gro… ), I decided to make a run through with our group, since I felt our gathering was somewhat lacking and I'm still a n00b at this dA Group thing... Only to find a small mass of Submission failures, two Affiliation expirations and a Settings disaster. =>A<'''=

So I would like to take the time now to formally and sincerely apologize to all our members who were not able to submit any art into our folders, besides the Featured folder. And to those groups who wanted to Affiliate with us, but their requests expired. Sorry~!!1 =TAT=

The reasons why?

Reason 1: There are only two people navigating this boat: Myself and Animefan-nopbidc. And we're both often quite busy IRL.

Once I can get around to doing the research, I'll make a formal announcement and invitations for more Club Officers/Positions to help remedy this problem; our Club Officers/Positions will be the same as Contributors.

Reason 2: I had forgotten and neglected key areas of the NeoRoma-Fanclub Admin Area Settings that ONLY I could edit, as the Founder.

I should've done my research off the bat and got the settings done right. Though, again, RL happens; and some RL stuff take priority over digital/interwebs stuff. Anyhoo, thanks to the tutorial, I've fixed ALL the settings!

What has been fixed?
Member Join Requests are auto-approved. Affiliates are approved with 1 vote. Members can now submit to ALL the Galleries AND the Collections; requiring a one vote approval. Members of Affiliates and ANY OTHER DEVIANT can also submit to our Galleries and Collections; requiring a two vote approval.

Finally, ALL vote required items remain OPEN for 1 MONTH, before they expire.

These vote Settings, sans the Join Requests, are to remain in action for just the time being, that is UNTIL I can set up our infrastructure further. Join Requests are to remain open to ALL from here until the dusk of time. =^3^= <3

So, seeing as it's almost 4am and I've got work in the morning, I will bid you and all my fellow NeoRomance fans out there adieu for now.
